The increasing use of power electronics converters to integrate renewable energy sources has been subject concern due the resonance oscillatory phenomena caused by their interaction with poorly damped AC networks. Early studies are focused assess controller influence a single converter connected simple networks, and they no longer representative for existing systems. Lately, multi-infeed grid-connected particular interest, main aim is apply traditional criteria identify difficulties in stability assessment. An extension commonly proposed as result these analysis, but can be burdensome large complex present work addresses this issue proposing criterion systems high-penetration converters. its origin mode analysis positive-net damping criteria, it frequency domain studying eigenvalues magnitude real component dynamic models admittance matrix form.
